A Teaser That Leaves You Wanting More

Jesus Prayed for Unity by John Stott presents a compelling concept: unity in truth based on Jesus' prayer in John 17. However, the book feels underdeveloped and somewhat unclear, offering just a glimpse of Stott’s thoughts without fully unpacking them. While it raises interesting points, it doesn’t provide enough depth or explanation to make the idea fully clear. This has sparked my curiosity about Stott’s larger work, Authority and Joy: The Bible in Your Life, where I hope to find a more thorough exploration of these ideas.
