10ofThose was started by Jonathan Carswell with the idea of getting the best Christian books and resources out to as many people as possible. Beginning as a hobby, 10ofThose has now grown to be a company that distributes over half a million items a year. We give God the glory! In the early days, the work had no name as it was just a hobby, but people had to buy books in the 10s. Therefore, when the company was founded in 2007, the name “10ofThose” was given – taken from people calling and asking for “10 of those, 10 of those, and 10 of those.” The name stuck! Now, however, you don’t have to buy in 10s. You can buy any number you like, from one to 10 to 10,000+. However, often at 10ofThose, the more you buy, the cheaper it gets. We offer price breaks for varying quantities on most titles; these price breaks are displayed on each product’s web page.
10ofThose is a limited company (LC). We are not a charity; we do not seek donations to subsidise our work. 10ofThose is a book ministry. We do not want to make ourselves wealthy from this ministry, but rather, we want to see God’s kingdom grow. We use any profit to invest in book distribution worldwide through 10ofThose or other organisations that seek to distribute Christian resources that hold to our Basis of Faith.
We try to be as competitive as possible and pass on what discounts we can, although, on some occasions, we may not be the cheapest. You can alway get in touch with our customer service team and they will do what they can to get you the best deal. However, buying from us means you are supporting our work and helping spread the distribution of gospel resources across the UK and the rest of the world. We use various international courier services to ensure you get the best and cheapest service. Shipping can cost us more than the rate advertised on the website, but we will absorb this extra cost wherever possible. To see all our shipping prices, click here.
We use a UK courier service and Royal Mail to send your order to you. When your parcel leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you to let you know it’s been dispatched. If we send your parcel through our next-day courier, you’ll receive another email letting you know your delivery time – within a one-hour window!
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times will vary, but please allow 2–6 business days for your order to arrive. If you need your resources by a certain date when placing your order, please inform the 10ofThose office. Of course! The easiest way to do this is by leaving us a note on your order at checkout. You can tick a checkbox if you need to add special delivery instructions. We appreciate your prompt payment, so we’ve tried making payments easier. You can pay through one of the ways listed at the bottom of your receipt/invoice.

To change your saved card details, first, you need to log into the site. Once logged in, you should be directed to your account page; if not, you can access this from the top right corner of the page. From here, you should have several options on your account. One of these is to add/remove card details. You will have to remove any card you need to update first and then re-add it.

Yes! Our shop, warehouse, and offices are based in Leyland, Lancashire, a short drive from the motorway junction. There, we have a well-stocked shop full of books, cards, and other Christian resources for all occasions. There’s free wifi and complimentary refreshments. 10Publishing is pleased to be able to offer a free copy of the eBook whenever you buy the physical copy of one of our titles. This offer applies only to titles where the eBook version is available and it is one copy of the ebook per overall purchase and for personal use only. This offer will also be available on several titles from other publishers.
All you need to do is add the book you want to your basket, and if the free eBook is available for that title, it will automatically be added to your order for free. Once you have completed your purchase, a link to your free eBook will be provided on the screen and also sent to you via email.

Returns will not be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Form (RAF). If you wish to make a return or have a query, please email us with your order/invoice number to returns@10ofthose.com, and we will send you a Returns Authorisation Form (RAF).
We ask that goods only be returned if faulty (unless otherwise agreed). Any faulty items need to be reported to us within 30 days of you receiving the order from us. We will refund/exchange the full cost within 30 days, excluding postage and packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected. Credit card refunds can only be returned to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
When it comes to eBooks and other digital content, we are unable to accept returns. If there is a problem with your eBook file, please contact us, and we will resolve this for you.
Under distance selling, you have a “cooling off period.” We allow 14 days from receiving your order (as long as the goods have not been opened or damaged in any way) to let us know if you change your mind and want to return any items. Please use the RAF procedure as mentioned above to do this. You will then have another 14 days from receiving the authorisation to get us the goods safely back for them to be accepted.
