You’ll find information on this page about some of the basic processes involved in purchasing books from 10ofThose, including terms and conditions.


The price you see is the price you pay. Charges for postage and packing are detailed on the site. You’ll automatically receive confirmation of your order via email. Please note there may be additional charges for international shipping.

  • All prices include VAT, where applicable.

  • All offers are subject to availability.

  • We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. However, if an error in the pricing of a product is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment or refund (as applicable). We reserve the right to alter all product pricing without notice.

  • All goods remain the property of 10ofThose Ltd until the payment has been settled in full.


Payment on our website is managed by a secure system, SagePay. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cheques (on postal orders). Payment will be debited within 3 working days. 

For orders via post/email/phone and paid for by cheque, the goods will be dispatched as soon as your cheque has been cleared. If you want to pay by credit card, but not over the internet please call the office with your card details ready. You can also pay by bank transfer or BACs (the details are provided on the bottom of your invoice)

This section applies to consumers only (and not to businesses or other organisations) who order goods.

You have the right to cancel your contract with Tenofthose Ltd at any time up to 14 days after you receive the goods, in line with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations. To cancel your contract in this time frame you must notify us in writing, either by post or by email to

You will be responsible for returning the goods to Tenofthose Ltd at your own cost unless the goods are faulty or mis–described.

No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your product, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.


All return requests and damages must be notified to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns will not be accepted back without a Returns Authorisation Form (RAF).

If you have a query or if wish to make a return, please email with your order/invoice number before sending anything back.

The refund/exchange will not be processed without a Returns Authorisation Form (RAF) from us. 

Please allow up to 30 days for any money to be returned back to your account. Your statutory rights are not affected. Credit card refunds will be returned to the card used for the original purchase. Allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement, though often money will be returned much quicker than two cycles.

We are unable to accept returns or refunds for eBooks or other digital content unless the files are faulty. Please ensure you are buying the digital copy, only if you require the digital copy. If there is a problem with your eBook file please do get in touch and we will resolve this for you.


We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times will vary but please allow  up to 6 working days for your order to arrive with you. If when placing your order you know you need your resources by a certain date please contact the office.


On most occasions we will hold the whole order until all items are in stock (should we have insufficient stock to complete your order). We do this to reduce the cost to you. We will notify you of this if this is the case. Items can be sent separately on request.


You can shop with SagePay safe in the knowledge that your transactions are secure.

The payment gateway (web site) is provided by Thawte utilising the most modern 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to prevent any unauthorised persons gaining access to credit card information entered on our website.

PRIVACY and 10ofThose Ltd are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your personal information. This information is process lawfully under Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation 2018. It is processed under Contract for the purposes of providing services you request from us, or with Consent for the purposes of improving the service we provide to you or providing information to you with the products and services we provide.

We work hard to ensure that the images we display and the book descriptions given are up to date and accurate. Some product covers may vary upon delivery. Please contact the office if you have any queries. If you notice a discrepancy on the website please contact the office. We reserve the right to remove product reviews in part or in full at our discretion. Reviews that point to other websites will be removed immediately. The submission of them grants us permission to use them in publicity and other means as we see fit.


We always provide a receipt with the goods. We promise to correct any errors in bills, receipts or payments as soon as possible.

Giveaways are open to all customers unless otherwise stated. Prizes will be stated within each giveaway.

The start time and end time will be stated within each giveaway post.

Winners are chosen at random unless otherwise stated and winners will be notified within 7 days of the competition end time.

If a winner has not replied within one week of being notified, 10ofThose will be entitled to select another winner.

There is no cash or other alternative for prizes.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances 10ofThose reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value to the offered giveaway prize.

Prizes are non–transferable.

The winner’s name may be published on our news and social media pages and will be ask to contact 10ofThose to claim their prize.

10ofThose accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.


Customers must be signed up to our Special Offer Email to receive weekly codes to redeem a free ebook. There will be no retrospective allocation of codes if people sign up to the Special Offer Email after a code has already been emailed out. The item must be added to the basket as an ebook, and then the code placed in the Discount Code box. Customers must be logged in to redeem the code. eBooks cannot be shared between individuals.


Subscription Agreement

By subscribing to a Subscription Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs"). If you do not agree to these T&Cs, please do not subscribe to or use the service.

Subscription Details

Our service offers a book subscription focusing on Christian literature. Subscribers will receive a package containing Christian books and resources delivered to the address provided during the subscription process. Please note that the contents of the package may vary if certain items become unavailable or require reprinting. Should there be any changes to the package contents, the value of the package will either remain the same or be of greater value, with hand-picked content that explores similar themes.

Payment and Fees

a. Subscribers are obligated to make recurring or upfront payments in order to access the Service.

b. We retain the right to adjust subscription prices.

c. Payment will be processed prior to dispatch, using the payment details provided during the subscription process.

d. Subscribers have the freedom to cancel their subscription at any time. Please note that refunds will not be issued for unused portions of the subscription term. Subscribers may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of activating their subscription, provided that no dispatch has occurred.

Address Changes and Cancellations

a. Notification emails will be delivered 4 weeks before sending out items. Subscribers bear the responsibility of informing us about any alterations to their address at least 10 days prior to dispatch.

b. Subscribers can update their delivery address by filling out the provided forms.

c. To cancel a subscription, subscribers can fill out the cancellation form or contact us via email or phone.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes.
