Awesome Cutlery

In real life, Awesome Cutlery is Gareth Loh and Dan Adams. They are both dads and church pastors, and Awesome Cutlery is something they do in their spare time. They’ve been friends since university in the early 2000s, and pretend superheroes since 2016. Awesome Cutlery is named after Captain Awesomeness and Cutlery Boy, two wannabe superheroes who appear in sketches on the Awesome Cutlery albums, as well as in their live shows.

Best album yet

We have loved Awesome Cutlery ever since their first album came out. They have such a gift for combining great truths and great tunes 🤩 The sketches in between songs make us laugh, whilst helping us learn wonderful truths. The whole album is joy-filled, with catchy tunes and amazing saxophone playing!! We love that they've included a Psalm of lament this time, and a great rendition of Revelation 19. Another highlight is a song about the body - great to dance along too, while being reminded that God made your body and he made it good ❤️ Our 14, 12, 10 and 8 year olds all love this album, and mum and dad love it too! Buy it for yourself, for families you know, and while you're at it, buy their first two albums as well 👍
