Ed Welch is a counselor and faculty member at the Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation (CCEF). He earned a PhD in counseling (neuropsychology) from the University of Utah and a master of divinity from Biblical Theological Seminary. Ed has been counseling for more than 30 years and has written extensively on the topics of depression, fear, and addictions.

Looking for your true motives behind your actions? This is a great quick read that is well worth it. Don't expect to be coddled here, he tells it how it is, but not without understanding. I plan on using this periodically as a mirror to examine progress in my sanctification.
