Team Leader's Handbook

I read this in a non-church ministry setting and while it felt more geared towards church ministry teams, a lot of the principles translated. It draws from both secular and biblical wisdom, and I found it really helpful in particular to think through how much we can assume (eg. assume everyone is on the same page about vision, assume that the things that matter to us most are the most important things to those on our team, assume that we all think the same) and then how to celebrate and use our differences to the benefit of the ministry.

great if you are leading any church team

This is the perfect resource for anyone leading a team in church, a committee, a mission group, the band, the toddler group whatever, you are going to find this has loads of great advice and resources to help you in that task. It was recommended to me at a kids ministry training event... very glad I got it.
