Theology is meant to be lived and prayed and sung – but before that can happen, it must be understood. In this updated new edition of his best-selling textbook, Wayne Grudem breaks down biblical doctrine with warmth and practicality. Exploring definition and basis in Scripture, he shows the importance of doctrine for our own spiritual health and the health of the church at large, and ofers helpful pastoral application to demonstrate its relevance to everyday life. Thoroughly revised to take account of the most recent scholarship and shifting cultural landscape, this is a perfect introduction to systematic theology
