Thoughtful but Repetitive Exploration of Titus 2

This book is clearly structured as a women’s Bible study, and at times, I felt it was more directly aimed at married women in particular. It’s also quite a long read, and in my opinion, could have been more concise. While I appreciated the thorough breakdown of the Epistle to Titus chapter 2, the content sometimes felt repetitive, with additional material that didn’t always add much depth. That said, one of the strengths of the book is how carefully the author walks through the passage and offers practical ways to apply it. I especially valued that the teaching stays rooted in Scripture and keeps the focus on how women can live faithfully in different seasons of life. There is also helpful foundational insight for those who are new to the idea of mentoring relationships among women. Personally, I didn’t agree with every viewpoint presented, so I would encourage readers to approach it like the Bereans—testing everything against Scripture. While the book touches on mentoring, it leans more heavily toward explaining roles and responsibilities outlined in Titus 2 rather than offering detailed guidance on building multi-generational relationships. That aspect left me wanting more. Overall, if you’re looking for a study that walks through Titus 2 and speaks to women in various life stages—especially wives, mothers, and older women—this could be a worthwhile read. However, if your primary interest is practical advice on cultivating deeper, cross-generational relationships, this may not fully meet that expectation.
