Great little books.
These are great books whether for outreach or to introduce your own children to God's word. They are colourful and good quality little board books. One word per page may seem a limitation but, for a child just learning to read, getting that one word right gives them a real sense of achievement without the frustration of trying to get a whole page of text right.
I got a few sets for the church mothers and toddlers group, so there would be enough to go round and plenty of choice. They were simply offered on a "please take one" basis and they proved very popular with some good feedback.
You never know what impact books like this may have, but they give an introduction to God's word in a gentle and unobtrusive way, so you simply trust the Lord will make use of that.

Great for our 1-year-old
These were so helpful for our toddler before her attention span grew to cope with a longer bible story. She now knows all the stories by heart and still loves reading them.

Fantastic idea, our daughter loves them
We were gifted a few of these books when our daughter was 1, and she fell in love with them immediately. They are perfect for introducing little ones to some key biblical characters and themes. They are bright and bold, sturdy, with great illustrations. I love the one word per page concept, which makes it both memorable for the child and interesting for the parent who gets to tell the story in their own way. As others have said, the full story is at the back for those who might be unfamiliar (or need a refresher, as I did with a few of them). We have bought these for a few other folks, and wholeheartedly recommend them!

Great for toddlers
We have this set of books as part of our reading corner in our church run toddler group. The group is mainly attended by non-church going families, so we love to have a range of books that will introduce them to the Bible in a child-friendly way. These books are perfect for that. They are sturdy, bright and colourful. The only disadvantage for non-Christian parents looking at the book with their child, is that they might not be familiar enough with the story to "read" it to them as they look at each page. But the story is in full at the end.

Great for giving away
Our church has a free book table at the village community event. These books have proved popular and needed restocking on our table. What a great concept for toddlers - a single word to a page, with the full story at the back to enable even parents unfamiliar with the Bible to tell the story. And with the price so affordable even for high quality board books, it didn't dent our budget to give them away.

Perfect first books
These books are great for bible time/bed time for your very youngest children. Great length for a short attention span and perfect to introduce heroes and heroines of the bible. I would recommend for under 2 years.

Brilliant for introducing words and key figures from the bible
Our toddler has quickly recognised the characters and knows them by name and whether they had lions or the ark or a baby brother in a basket. Well known stories so easy to tell yourself and just use the word on each page as a prompt. Great for little attention spans! And the perfect size for them to hold themselves and turn the pages (ours loves reading these to their toys and dolls)

Great for tinies
These sturdy books are great for very young children. Bright illustrations, and very clever use of single words to guide through the stories of key bible characters.
The full text story at the back is a bonus!

Fab for toddlers
Our children loved these books when they were younger. They loved having one word on a page as they recognised the picture then said the word. It helped them engage with the story. We loved reading the book to them when they got to the end. They were some of our favourites!

Lovely idea but sadly very hard to read
This is a lovely idea and a great selection of Bible heroines and heroes for my children to learn about.
Unfortunately, the book is arranged with the full text of the story on the last double page spread. Otherwise every page has only illustrations and one word on it. I presume this was aimed at focusing on one word at a time? Sadly it just doesn't work. You either have to keep flicking back to the last page to read the text aloud (not easy when reading to a toddler) or make the story up as you go along, or take a permanent marker and write the story onto each page yourself.
Sadly I cannot recommend this in its current iteration. If the text were written out on each page then I would have given it 4/5 stars.
