From building a career to finding the perfect relationship, many of us look to good things to give our lives purpose. But even after reaching our goals, we’re often left asking, “What’s next?”
Everything You Ever Wanted is a new evangelistic podcast that explores how our deepest longings—for meaning, peace and fulfilment—are ultimately met in Jesus. Inspired by the book How One Weekend Can Give You Everything You Ever Wanted, the podcast helps listeners think through life’s biggest questions and discover a lasting sense of purpose.
The podcast is hosted by best friends Karen Jones and Graham Albans (who spent a decade at the BBC producing Chris Evans and Zoe Ball's breakfast shows, before serving as Director of Mission and Outreach at Grace Community Church Bedford.)
Episodes are presented in a fun and friendly style, and focus on themes such as love, freedom, significance, peace, meaning, happiness, optimism and security, alongside bonus episodes featuring real-life stories.
Each episode features Graham reading a chapter from his book, before having an honest discussion with Karen of a particular longing referenced in the chapter. Together, they point listeners to how each of these desires ultimately finds its fulfilment in Jesus.
Our prayer is that this resource will help make gospel conversations more accessible to a wider population.
