Smith, M.Div., is a faculty member and counselor at CCEF (the Christian Counseling & Educational Foundation), has extensive experience as a marriage and family counselor, and teaches seminary students how to counsel couples. As a professional biblical counsellor working with couples, and a church elder running this excellent course at my own church, there is simply no better resource out there. Be sure to purchase the work book that accompanies this 'text book', it's practical, easy to understand and thoroughly biblical in its teaching. Smith is a faculty member of CCEF (Christian Counseling Education Foundation) and has a wealth of experience as a biblical counsellor, specialising in couples counselling. He has a deep understanding of the issues facing christian marriages and has produced quite simply the best tool for individual couples in home study or a church run course for a group of couples. I have seen this material transform marriages that are thoroughly broken, bringing glory to God and deep joy to the marriage that seemed impossible to the couple when they began the course. With Christian marriages failing and mirroring the world, it's time we redeemed them for God's glory and holy name, working prayerfully through this material will do just that. Praise God from whom all blessing flow!
