Ten Stories from the Killing Fields

Don Cormack

Quantity

In the 1970s, Pol Pot and his Khmer Rouge army transformed Cambodia into a nation-wide death camp.

These years saw one of the worst periods of mass killing in the 20th century and one-and-a-half million people died. The church, founded only fifty years earlier, suffered deeply. Here we learn what happened, and glimpse profound spiritual truth through the lives, courage, faithfulness and deaths of a few believers.

These are powerful stories – stories for our own times, as evil tyrants continue to emerge.

In the darkest times, God is Faithful.

I read this book in one sitting and couldn’t put it down! For me it’s been a great reminder of The Faithfulness, Beauty and Strength of Our God in the midst of deepest darkness and suffering and His Mercy toward all who will believe. Really worth a read!
