The Mystery of Pheasant Cottage

I liked this book as it gives exciting twists and is a gripping story, although sad. I did enjoy it and it was also realistic as I could imagine it happing. I wish that the book ended differently as I wanted to then find out more! I think Patrica St John is an excellent author. Ceri age 10

Lucy’s mystery

Lucy lives with her grandparents. She is determined to find out what happened to her mother and father. Soon later she found out her mother had died and that her father had been tooken away for 5 years she didn’t mention it again. Lucy finds a friend on the district and meets an author. She find out he her dad went to prison and one night she sets of to find him. But when she arrives she finds he left. A few days later the story poors out to the author when they are in the car. I love how the story twists in a few words Hannah
