A bright and enthusiastic invitation to the best party ever

This is a great book for primary aged children to find out more about what will happen when Jesus returns. The focus is very much on the new creation, not heaven, and unlike some other similar books, emphasises the perfection of our new hearts (no more sin or being sinned against) and our new bodies (no more disability). The book uses the experience of being invited to something excited to help even the youngest child get the idea that being with Jesus for eternity will be great - and even explains that we have to respond to Jesus' invitation by saying yes to him. The book is colourfully illustrated and will fire the imagination of any child to wonder what it will be like to live in the amazing new creation. The board book of the same title is a great introduction to this story, with some of the same illustrations and a much reduced simplified text. It would suit up to 3-4 year olds. After that I would personally prefer to read the full version to a child who wasn't old enough to read it to themselves.
