Essential reading for Youth Workers and their line managers!

Tim is an outstanding Youth Worker with many years of experience successfully leading young people to a know God in a way that lasts. All he does and says is based on the solid foundation of Biblical principles. He cuts through the froth and insubstantial to deliver engaging and fun methodologies which encourage a deeper and practical understanding leading to a more enduring commitment. If you want to be a more effective Youth Worker, or have responsibility for one, you need to read this book and take note!

Just finished this book and it is a must read for anyone involved in youth ministry. It is also useful those you are not directly involved in youth ministry, because it is all about how the bible is used in our ministry, which is applicable to many disciplines. Not very long either, and it makes plenty of hard hitting points.
