Partnerships Accountant

Do you excel at Excel? Are you a data wizz? Are you passionate about playing a part in the mission to reach millions of people with the gospel through our wide partnership network?

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our growing ministry, which spans the UK, USA, and Canada.

Main Responsibilities:

·       Royalties: Ensure that our authors, illustrators & other royalty beneficiaries receive their due in accordance with agreements

·       Distribution shares: Ensure our distribution partners receive their share of sales revenue in accordance with our Distribution Agreements

·       Event Commissions: Ensure our event partners receive commission due for major events

·       Digital products: Ensure revenue received from sales of digital product sales (e-Books, Audio Books) is correctly accounted for.

·       Licencing: Ensure licencing revenue is accurately recorded.

·       Other Finance-related responsibilities (e.g. Banking cash from Events) may be assigned by line manager

Requirements

·       Organisational skill: Demonstrates exceptional organisational ability and a keen eye for detail.

·       Self-Management: Demonstrates initiative and self-direction to efficiently prioritise and execute assigned duties within deadlines.

·       Teamwork: Ability to follow and document detailed procedures and to communicate effectively within the team.

·       Technical Ability: Highly competent in use of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel). Comfortable using specific computer applications (e.g. Finance / Accounting software). Ability to handle and manipulate large volumes of data.

Training

10ofthose will provide full training in specific software applications required for the role. Training & development opportunities will be available. You will also play a critical part in updating systems and processes as the business grows.

Location

10ofThose HQ in Leyland. However other locations may be considered for the right candidate. 

Starting Salary

£24,000 – £25,000 DOE

Hours

39 hours a week.
