Patricia Weerakoon
Dr Patricia Weerakoon is a Sexologist, sex educator and writer. She trained in medicine in the University of Sri Lanka and did postgraduate study in sexology at the University of Hawaii.
She retired in 2011 after a 22-year career as an academic at the University of Sydney. For the last 8 years of her time as an academic, She was the director of an internationally recognised postgraduate program in sexual health.
In retirement she has followed her passion to educate people of all ages on good holistic sexual health by speaking and writing in the area from a Christ focussed Biblical framework. She is an evangelical Christian and is married to Vasantha.
