We calculate postage according to the total value of items in your order.
*The areas defined by the term that we use as ”UK mainland” is set by postcode by our courier company. It does not include all of the Highlands and Islands of Scotland or some other islands, where a 24–hour delivery service operates due to the distance from us and the extra courier charges incurred. We have however, still subsidised the delivery charges on these for you.
Normally we aim to process your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times will vary, especially during busy seasons such as before Christmas, but please allow 2–5 working days for your order to arrive with you. If it hasn’t arrived after 5 working days and you haven’t heard anything from us please do let us know.
If when placing your order you know you need your resources by a certain date please inform the office right away.
All of our UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or with DPD who provide a next working day courier where possible.
For Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland and ‘rest of the world’ delivery may take longer.
All of our UK mainland couriered deliveries are sent via DPD via their Total Zero initiative.
Total Zero is a carbon neutrality commitment. Through Total Zero, DPD will ensure that every parcel sent via its network will be carbon neutral – and at no extra cost to the customer.
We are also able to offer our customers expecting a couriered delivery from DPD a 1 hour delivery window within which the delivery will arrive, sent on the morning of delivery via email (where an email address is supplied). Tracking will also be emailed to you ensuring you can track your parcel down to a 15–minute delivery window. This means you know exactly when your parcel will arrive and don’t have to wait around all day for it!
If you download the DPD app you can set up your delivery preferences so you never miss a parcel delivery again.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International shipping costs are on average charged at cost. International delivery will take longer than our domestic delivery. If sent via courier (larger orders) delivery is usually made within 3–7 working days (this is not guaranteed). If sent standard post (smaller orders) then this may take up to 28 days to be delivered. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact the office.
When ordering from 10ofThose, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country.
Please note that we can not send larger International orders (ie over 2KG in weight) to PO Box addresses. This is because we require a signature for larger International orders so that it can be fully tracked and traced.
